I LOVE WHAT I DO.....
I never thought that 3 years ago I would be selling Real Estate in Murphy NC. It gives me great pleasure when I can find a dream vacation home for someone and then they also become close friends. Here is one of my experiences that I want to share.
In December my neighbors (Matt & Lori who own a vacation home in Murphy NC) introduced me to Matt's brother Mark and his wife Laird who were also vacationing. I ended up selling Mark & Laird a mountain view chalet.
In March Mark & Laird came up to spend a week in their mountain view chalet and brought friends of theirs with them Joe & Chris. Well Joe & Chris loved Murphy NC so much they too bought a vacation home from me.
Whenever anyone comes to Murphy NC we always get together. Whether we BBQ, go to 
dinner, or just hang out. they are so much fun to be with. My husband and Joe have become great friends and he has taken Joe trout fishing in our local rivers. Everyone will be up for Labor Day and we have planned a day on the lake and BBQ at my home.
They all hope to some day retire in Murphy NC... You see even though we have know each other less than a year, we check in with each other every week.. I can see years and years of great times... We are even planning on going on a cruise together.
HOW RARE AND WONDERFUL IS THAT FLASH OF A MOMENT WHEN WE REALIZE WE HAVE DISCOVERED TRUE FRIENDSHIP....
Murphy NC is just minutes from trout streams, hiking trails, kayaking or white water rafting through the Nantahala Gorge, browsing in the one of many antique and craft shops or just enjoying the sunset on your own deck in peaceful solitude. You CAN have it all!!!!!
Only 2 hours from Atlanta, Chattanooga and Asheville, Murphy, NC feels like it's from a different time and place. A time when life moved at a slower pace and people savored the simple pleasures.
